Order and Guarantee Conditions

Products coming from pick-up.ro, Inox Crom, ARB, TJM and Warn are exclusively conceived for off-road use. The responsibility for possible accidents or damages caused by the incorrect use or the use in inadequate situations belongs entirely to the user!

SC. Pick Up SRL. gives a guarantee for all series of products distributed as follows, on the condition that the product still covered by its guarantee should still have the Pick Up sign stuck on it!

1. Pick-up.ro products are thoroughly tested in all phases of production. This is the guarantee that all these products do not have any shortcomings or problems because of the material used or the fabrication. Under normal usage conditions, the producer offers a one-year guarantee that can be requested from SC Pick Up SRL and from the service networks authorized by SC Pick Up SRL. The replaced product has another year’s guarantee. The guarantee does not comprise: the breaking, cracking or scratching of windows, the twisting, deformation, corrosion or scratching of telescopes after their mounting. Pick-up.ro products and the bedliners provided by SC Pick Up SRL are fully waterproof. If reparations are done under guarantee, the transport expenses to the closest service are covered by the client. If the product is used off-road, one needs to be aware that fixing screws must be checked and tightened regularly, if need be.


2. For bedliners we give lifelong guarantee, in conditions of normal use. If there are damages on the car bed and this affects the bedliner, the product (the liner, namely) loses its guarantee.


3. ARB, INOX CROM, TJM, WARN products are made based on the experiences accumulated and they are tested for several months in order to make sure they work well. The raw materials used and the manufacturing have one year’s guarantee, which can be requested from SC Pick Up SRL or from the service stations authorized by the latter, if it is proven that the damaged products have been used according to the technical description, under normal usage conditions.


4. The lights offered by pick-up.ro have a one-year guarantee in conditions of normal use, both for the raw materials used and for the manufacturing. The guarantee does not include: breaking, cracking or scratching the lenses or the lens carcass, caused by stones or other objects and which occurred after the light was mounted on the car.


5. The guarantee for the tow hooks is of 18 months from the date when they were sold, but not more than 24 months from when they were made. The guarantee does not cover the elements that undergo friction, but only possible manufacturing defects.


 If reparations are done under guarantee, the transport expenses to the closest authorized service station are covered by the client.

The purchased products lose their guarantee if they are mounted by unauthorized service stations, that do not belong to the network of service stations authorized by SC Pick Up SRL, or if they were used inappropriately.

Also, the guarantee conditions exclude the damages caused by fire, natural disasters that cause the total or partial destruction of the product.

The order form, signed and stamped by the buyer and SC Pick Up SRL, is equal to a valid buying-selling contract between two parties.

The guarantee rights can be validated with the help of the guarantee card.

  • 3) To be filled with the product(s) that was(were) bought (if there are several products, each of them is placed in a separate row).

  • 5) To be filled with the name of the service post that did the mounting + its stamp and signature. 
  • 6) To be filled if some problems or inadequacies were noticed by the service personnel, during mounting.
